We offer complete commercial cleaning, sealing, restoration and maintenance services on all stone types. Commercial sealing can save your business time, money and hassle by reducing upkeep, the amount of maintenance needed and preventing costly repairs in the future.

Natural Stone

Services provided for Natural Stone Clean, Sand & Seal Project:

  • Pre-treat stains where needed.
  • Cleaning & preparation solution applied to entire surface. Note: We use an advanced cleaning formula that is effective against stains, mortar, algae, mold, rust, mineral deposits, efflorescence and more. It inhibits future mold and mildew growth. It also opens the pores and prepares them for proper bonding of the sealer. 
  • Surface thoroughly cleaned with a surface cleaner.
  • Any remaining stains treated and lightened/removed when possible. (Please read additional information about stain removal at the bottom of this page.)
  • Any remaining debris, old joint sand or weeds removed with high pressure wand.
  • All joints re-sanded using our unique wet sanding process.
  • Apply 1 coat of Commercial Penetrating Sealer.
  • Buffed as needed.

Concrete

Services provided for Concrete Clean & Seal Project:

  • Pre-treat stains where needed.
  • Cleaning & preparation solution applied to entire surface. Note: We use an advanced cleaning formula that is effective against stains, mortar, algae, mold, rust, mineral deposits, efflorescence and more. It inhibits future mold and mildew growth. It also opens the pores and prepares them for proper bonding of the sealer.
  • Surface will be thoroughly cleaned with a surface cleaner.
  • Any remaining stains treated and lightened/removed when possible. (Please  read additional information about stain removal at the bottom of this page.)
  • Any remaining debris removed with high pressure wand.
  • Apply 1-2 coats of Commercial Penetrating Sealer. (Depending of the porosity and quality of the concrete).
  • NOTE: This process is also used for stamped concrete with a desired natural no-sheen finish.

Brick Pavers

Services provided for Brick Paver Clean, Sand & Seal Project:

  • Pre-treat stains where needed.
  • Cleaning & preparation solution applied to entire surface. Note: We use an advanced cleaning formula that is effective against stains, mortar, algae, mold, rust, mineral deposits, efflorescence and more. It inhibits future mold and mildew growth. It also opens the pores and prepares them for proper bonding of the sealer.
  • Surface will be thoroughly cleaned with a surface cleaner.
  • Any remaining stains treated and lightened/removed when possible. (Please read additional information about stain removal at the bottom of this page.)
  • Any remaining debris, old joint sand or weeds removed with high pressure wand.
  • All joints re-sanded using our unique wet sanding process.
  • Apply 2-3 coats of Commercial 2-Part Sealer. (Depending of the porosity and quality of the pavers). Please Note: A Maintenance Seal will require less sealer than a New Seal or Restoration Real.
  • NOTE: This process is also used for stamped concrete with a desired high-gloss finish, (without the sanding process).

Types Of Sealers Available

We have several different types of commercial grade sealer that can be used to seal stone. It all depends upon the type of stone that needs to be sealed, location of the stone, the traffic and elements it will be exposed to, and the customers desired finished look.


We have a natural penetrating sealer, which penetrates and chemically bonds inside the pores, filling them to the point of rejection, making the stones hydrophobic while maintaining their natural beauty and appearance with no shine. This penetrating sealer is non-layer forming, extremely durable, breathable and leaves a natural no-sheen look.


We have a 2-part sealer, which will form 2-3 durable layers of protection. It will enhance and preserve the appearance while leaving a beautiful sheen finish on the surface. This 2-part sealer will also lock in the joint sand to maximize stabilization, prevent sand wash out and prevent weed growth. This 2-part sealer gets down deep to lock in joint sand, is layer forming, breathable and provides an enhanced low to high sheen finish.


We have tint additives that can be added to the 2-part sealer to restore old faded brick pavers. Some people also love color additives to their brand-new pavers for extra enhancement.


All of our sealant options will protect and preserve the stones, which protects your investment, makes upkeep a breeze and keeps them looking beautiful for longer!

Please Read Carefully

Important information about our Cleaning, restoration, Sealing, repair & re-level Projects:

  • While our teams will always do their best to restore your stone, and remove or lighten stains, we cannot guarantee that all stains can be removed or lightened. There can be stains present that are not removable without deteriorating the quality of your stone. Each situation is different, our sealing experts will be able to discuss your specific situation with you along the way.


  • When performing repairs or re-leveling on brick pavers and natural stone, although it is rare, it is possible some pavers could chip or crack. If a stone were to chip or crack during a repair or re-level, and you have spare matching stones, our team will replace them. If you do not have any matching spares you can choose to buy some similar to have as spares. If no spare stones are available and our team encounters a chip or crack, they will do their best to repair it. No, we do not sell or offer any spare bricks or stones.


  • While working on pool decks our teams will always do their best to keep debris, sand and sealer out of your pool. It is impossible to keep all of it out though. Please schedule a pool maintenance cleaning 48 hours after your cleaning & sealing service.


  • All of our sealing projects are dependent upon the weather and projects may be delayed and/or rescheduled due to poor weather conditions.

  • 2-part sealer does not always mean you will have a ‘high-gloss’ final product. It will provide a nice low to high sheen. This sheen can vary depending upon the quality of the pavers, their age and condition. Ask one of our sealing experts if you have further questions regarding the amount of sheen that will be on your pavers.


  • All of our products are environmentally friendly and safe. They will not harm your pets, plants or swimming pool.


  • If sealer does get in your pool it will cause a milky haze, which will usually clear up within 48 hours. Once milky haze is clear it is safe to resume normal pool activities.


  • Please keep pets contained and off the surface we are performing service on, upon the arrival of our team, during the entire process, and for 48 hours after 2-part sealer has been applied or 24 hours after penetrating sealer has been applied.


  • Do not schedule any lawn or landscape services on the day of your sealing service, for 48 hours after 2-part sealer has been applied or for 24 hours after penetration sealer has been applied.


  • Please avoid sharp quick turns with vehicles or lawn maintenance equipment on your sealed pavers. It could leave tire marks. Please notify your lawn maintenance company of this as well.
